This music video traces a journey into the forest where control gradually gives way to surrender. Moving deeper into the landscape, attachment to direction and coherence loosens, allowing a drift toward stillness. The work draws on Sigmund Freud’s concept of the death drive, not as violence but as a quiet pull toward dissolution, rest, and return, culminating in a final disintegration.

Lysmord, is a visual interpretation of the first official release from an experimental metal project by the same name. The film shot at the same locations as most of the field-recordings used on the album were recorded.
